The Government of Tanzania under MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS AND TRANSPORT has setup policy frameworks that can be utilized as a guide to the usage of Information and Communications Technology (ICT). The in 2003 elaborated ICT Policy has allowed Tanzania to achieve successes in the domains of Telecommunications, Infrastructure Development, Human Capital Development and usage of ICT in service delivery to Tanzanian Citizens.
